Auto Repair in Newport News, VA 

I went for a state inspection, and to check them out. We are looking for new mechanics, no more dealerships. They were so gracious. I went on the day after I said I would be there, my mistake. They fitted us in. They are friendly, answered my questions, made the whole process easy! I will recommend them to everyone who needs good automotive service. Happy I found them.

It was a great experience. I was given an estimate, and an appointment when the work could be done. All the work was done in two days.. Everyone was very courteous. I am sure I will be able to the car for the rest of my life. I will use Sprinkles and Williams for any repair I might need in the future.

Called on Wednesday to schedule an oil change & State inspection. The gentleman was very nice and said they could do it Monday. Dropped car off Sunday & keys in drop box. They had it done Monday morning. Easy, painless, & great service. Thank u.

My windshield wipers stopped working on my way to Newport News from Virginia Beach and the rain wasn’t forecasted to stop all day. Luckily a found Sprinkle and Williams, they took my car in right away and got me back on the road in 2 hours! The price they charged was very fair. It was the Best experience i have had at a repair shop. Highly recommend.

I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. They have always been reasonable in their fees and most importantly, they are honest. They have looked at my car and told me there was no real problem, it was a simple knob I had to turn. They could have charged me for something and I wouldn’t have known the difference. I trust them and highly recommend them.

I started coming to sprinkle and Williams about a year ago and honestly haven’t gone anywhere else since. They always get my vehicles in and out and their prices are very reasonable. Will continue going here and will also continue recommending them to my friends and family!

I’ve had two appointments so far. First one was for my son’s car. The work was done along with an inspection. It was quick and the price was decent. Staff were professional. Second was an oil change and inspection. Same experience. I have a third appointment for another vehicle tomorrow. I recommend this company over others in the mid- Newport News area!

Fantastic service! They did everything in their power to help me secure the funds to pay for repairs. My car failed inspection and at another shop estimate to repair was a total of $3000. They were my 2nd opinion. and came back with a quote at half that price! They are affordable, and 100% female friendly. They are my new mechanics from now on.

This was my second time using this shop and I am satisfied. They do what you ask and do not try to pressure you into getting additional services. It’s always been a very smooth and straightforward experience. Based on my experience at other shops I think the prices they charge are right where they should be. I don’t think they are the cheapest but they are not the most expensive. The work the perform and the parts they use seem to be good quality. I have not had to return to the shop because they did something wrong or the part they installed failed. Finally they have all of there certifications and affiliations posted in the lobby for you to look at. I was taught that is one of the ways to vet a shops credibility so I liked that as soon as I saw it. I will definitely be coming back. No need to look anywhere else. I found a good one I will stick with them.

Their staff is professional, courteous, and informative and their services are fairly priced. They were also very accommodating by getting my state inspection done on the same day I had my 60k mile service, even though they were booked out for state inspections, saving me a return trip – very considerate of them. After some not so great experiences with dealerships and other local shops I’ll be using them for all my auto care needs from here on out.

i don’t usually leave reviews but i’m very happy i discovered this place! they got my inspection done in one day and it was very quick and easy- they managed to squeeze me in last minute and sent me on my way with no problems😄. i will be coming back here!

I went to get my truck inspected and to have the battery replaced- the staff were friendly and professional. They had to order a battery but it came the same day. My vehicle passed inspection and I was pleased with their services and will definitely return.
